Goal - Aim to achieve 1.5-2 cups of vegetables at every meal, build up slowly over the coming weeks. If your variety of vegetables was previously limited, consider adding 1 new vegetable each week.

Tip - An easy way to increase your intake is to add fresh herbs to salads and cooked dishes and use garlic and onions as a base to meals.
