Include healthy fats such as flax seed oil, avocado oil, fresh olive oil, coconut oil & ghee.
Antioxidant food sources from bright coloured vegetables.

Stress management
Relaxation techniques
Remove any metal irritants.
Ensure daily, healthy bowel movements.
Light non toxic skin moisturiser applied twice a day.
Don’t scratch.
Shower daily
Use gentle, non soap cleansers /body wash.
Use a humidifier if dry weather aggravates & a dehumidifier if humid weather aggravates.
Test for sensitivities such as dust mites, animal dander, pollen, moulds, food allergies & topical materials worn close to the skin (e.g. latex, synthetic fabrics & wool and anything they have been exposed to).
